Mirai Infra was born inside TBC Infra Corp, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer managing large-scale residential villa projects. We were frustrated by the gap between what construction management software promised and what actually worked on Indian sites.

We built Mirai Infra for our own 200-villa Phase 1 project in Devanahalli. When it worked — really worked — we decided to make it available to every builder in India who deserves better tools than WhatsApp groups.
